Supporting Your Job Search
We have designed RecruitABILITY
to give you an effective way to get your resume to companies that need your talent. We
have made it accessible and easy-to-use. Best of all, any employer can search our resumes
for free! We are committed to providing employers with FREE access to your resume.
Other sites that collect your resumes will charge
companies a costly Membership fee to get access to their resume bank. Typically, only a handful of large companies can
afford to pay those fees and search through the resumes. This significantly limits the
employment opportunities that you will get there.
We want to have an impact on the 70% jobless rate
for people with disabilities. We want every employer in the country to have easy access to
candidates with disabilities. We cant do that effectively if we charge employers a
fee. So, RecruitABILITY is FREE!
From huge corporations to your nearby corner
store
if a company is looking for your skills, they can find you here for free.
